Thought I'd share since I know everyone is using gamepads and alot of you are probably playing with a DS4 like me. This is what your Controller Configuration menu should look like now Now quit out of 2k16, restart the game and you should notice all the xbox menu icons have been replaced by the playstation x,o, square, triangle etc

Turn off this software (for me its input mapper (which is excellent)), go to control pannel, go to printers and hardware, right click any xbox 360 controllers you see, which should leave you with just "wireless controller" which is your DS4.

this is because you are running software that disguises your DS4 as a 360 controller. If you go to controller config in the options menu you'll see LB and RB allow you to select different controllers yet the buttons don't change from windows 360 controller. I personally choose rumble for gameplay and button icons for franchise mode where I'm mostly navigating menus. However it has its own quirk that the controller must be plugged in via USB which I don't get either. I don't know why this is since Batman Arkham Knight supports rumble on the DS4 natively. You must choose between rumble and correct button icons unfortunately. You don't need any sofware to play this with a DS4 and you'll even get the classic playstation icons in almost all the menus.ĭISCLAIMER: Rumble/force feedback is not supported on the DS4 natively in 2K16. Thought I'd point out this game natively supports the Dualshock 4 controller, although it's a bit hidden.
